No Refund Policy

All sales on Savore Patisserie & Bake School are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree thatno refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Live Online Classes & Workshops

Payments for live online classes and workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to be moved to a future batch subject to availability, but no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Products & Recordings

Digital products (recipe PDFs, costing sheets, recordings, on-demand courses) are strictly non-refundable once access has been delivered, as the content can be downloaded or consumed immediately.

3. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be offered a transfer to a future batch at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Payment Issues

If you experience a payment-related issue, contact us at savore.chennai@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve technical problems, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy and may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
