Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, classes, digital downloads, community access and any related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Savore Patisserie & Bake School ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Services, registering for a class or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent / legal guardian) to purchase any paid Service. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

2. Services

We offer live online classes, recorded lessons, downloadable resources and community access. Class schedules, content, instructors and bonuses are indicative and may be modified for quality, operational or scheduling reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to give prior notice of material changes via the email address you registered with.

3. Registration & Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraudulent activity, chargebacks made without first contacting us, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We do not store full card, bank or UPI credentials on our servers. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned. Successful registration is confirmed only after the payment is received and the order is verified.

5. Intellectual Property

All recipes, recordings, slides, PDFs, videos, frameworks, templates and other material made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Savore Patisserie & Bake School and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the material for your own learning and personal commercial use of the recipes you create.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, screen-record, sub-license or share our paid content, login credentials or community access with any third party.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation, (b) upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content into our community channels, (c) impersonate others, or (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to share accurate and tested information, results depend on individual effort, ingredients, equipment and local conditions. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue or learning results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

All sales are final. Cancellations are governed by our No Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
