Shipping & Delivery Policy

Savore Patisserie & Bake School currently sells digital products and online classes only. No physical goods are shipped. This page explains how access and downloads are delivered after a successful payment.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address used during checkout. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam / promotions folder before contacting us.

2. Delivery of Live Classes

• Joining links (Zoom / Facebook Live) are sent by email at least 24 hours before the class.
• A reminder is sent a few hours before the class begins.
• Class recordings (where applicable) are shared within 24–72 hours after the class.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Recipe PDFs, costing sheets, recordings and other downloadable resources are delivered:

• Instantly via a download link or login on the order confirmation page / email, or
• Within 24 hours by email, depending on the product.

4. Access Period

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, access to recordings, communities and downloads is granted for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Issues with Access

If you face any issue receiving your joining link, downloads or recordings, write to savore.chennai@gmail.com with your order ID. We aim to respond within one business day.

6. No Physical Shipping

As no physical goods are shipped, courier, delivery and import charges do not apply.
